Randy sings\, plays drums and keyboard lead and Donna sings and plays guitar and bass. Retired music teachers that formed the current duo after retirement\, they have been playing together in bands since 1979. They were the founding members of the country/pop band “Prairie Fire” and did a Midwest tour in 1988 with a group called “Radio Flyers” and later became members of the party band “Time Bandits”. Radio Rangers has played wineries\, night clubs\, parties and celebrations in many Midwest states. \n  \nThe music they play helps explain why they started making music\, writing songs and continue to make music.  They share how and why learning to write and record their own music and finding a place to sell and play it while working full time as public-school music educators was important.
