That’s right! We are planning to have a contingency of our own friends and supporters walking in the Rivercade Parade on July 29, 2026. Meet at 5:30pm at 4th & Iowa St. Parade starts at 6:30pm and runs from 4th & Court to 4th & Nebraska St.
The participants from our Big Head Making class will be wearing their heads as they walk. The participants from our Trash to Fashion class will be wearing the fashion they created from discarded items. Anyone interested in joining the group can walk and wave and show their support for the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center.
The parade is ½ mile long, so be sure to wear proper walking shoes, not sandals and flip flops. Hats and sunscreen are highly recommended.
