Outdoor Sound Bath

Outdoor "Spirit of Discovery" Stage 900 Larsen Park Road, Sioux City, IA, United States

Certified sound healer Debbie LaCroix and yoga instructor Stacie Anderson will take Center guests through a meditation and sound journey focused on self-love, relaxation, and chakra alignment. Anderson will lead breathwork and movement, while LaCroix will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, drums and frequencies to help your body and spirit relax, opening you up to the next level of insight and clarity.
