Just in time for holiday shopping, the Lewis and Clark Cookbook, Vol. II has arrived and is in our gift shop. At the low price of $10, these cookbooks will not last long, so come buy yours soon. The cookbook contains a wealth of diverse recipes collected from members and friends of the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center Betty Strong Encounter Center.
