A new exhibit in our Main Gallery features the photography work of Russ Redsville. The exhibit opens Tuesday, Nov. 19th.
Russ Redsville is the author of Cameralot, a sports, architecture, music and arts digital visual novel. The novel is set-in cinematic Chicago celebrating the Midwest; published in 2014, Redsville is currently celebrating the book’s tenth anniversary. “Photography is as important as painting,” states Redsville. He believes one can be as artistic as a painter or as cool as a photographer that knows how to light a setting. His book is available on Amazon and other sources
Russ found his inspiration in Chicago. Redsville spent years honing his craft in the windy city while compiling photos for his book. Chicago offered many beautiful settings like bright yellow leaves falling to the ground before wintry weather moved in and changed the color scape of the city.
