The Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center Betty Strong Encounter Center (“the Center”) is initiating “What’s on Wednesday (WOW)” programming for both children and adults. The Center will be offering free classes/events from 5:30pm-6:30pm on Wednesdays running February through June.
“We see this as an opportunity to support local businesses, especially the ones new to the area, and to provide something new for people to do in the evening,” stated Tracy Bennett, Executive Director.
No registration is required to attend any of the Wednesday programs. The Classes/Events page of the website provides the program details and dates. For more information, or if you are interested in presenting on a Wednesday, contact Assistant Director Kristine Bornholtz. Email her at kbornholtz@siouxcitylcic.com or call the Center weekdays, 712-224-5242.
