Jeanne’s poems about the loss of her mother, a Latin teacher, will take listeners on a descent to the underworld and back again, a metaphor for the grief journey. A presentation of visual images will accompany the reading.
A book signing and reception will follow with refreshments furnished by Gretchen Gondek, Tricia Currans-Sheehan, and the Lewis and Clark Center.
