On Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 2:00pm, the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center presents the 7th annual Siouxland Inspirational and Historical Short Film Festival. The film fest will again be hosted by the Siouxland Filmmakers Club. Admission is free, but freewill donations are encouraged.
The festival will feature a variety of selected short films that are uplifting, interesting, clean-language, and family-friendly. Our committee has selected from the videos submitted by regional, national and international filmmakers. Several locally made films will again be featured.
Audiences will be able to vote for their favorite film. Following the films showing, a question-and-answer session with the filmmakers will be held.
The Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center/Betty Strong Encounter Center was built and is sustained by the Missouri River Historic Development Organization as a gift of history to the community.
