On Sunday, March 23 at 2:00 pm, Mary Watts, harpist, will celebrate “Spring is in the Air.” She will play uplifting music including various spring and nature themes selections. Admission is free with a reception to follow.
Watts enjoys performing music for others and educating her listeners about the harp and the importance of music and the performing arts in our lives. Former Principal Harpist for the Des Moines Symphony, Mary currently performs with orchestras and ensembles throughout the region. Watts received her Bachelors and Graduate degrees from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. A native of Lincoln, NE, Mary resides in the Siouxland area with her beloved pets.
